Lines for Lockdown Poetry competition

We were so thrilled by the response to our Lines from Lockdown poetry competition. 

Judges James and Laura have made their calls. They loved judging these poems as there was such a huge range of styles and ideas. 

We’ll publish the winners of each category on social media and on our site waitahaenglish.com, one a day for the next four days, so keep your eyes peeled. 

However, there were so many we loved, that we’ll be releasing a few more! We’re really lucky to have artwork from the StAC art students to help showcase our poets, and we can’t wait to share!
